The Bylaw Review Committee has finished its preliminary review and is seeking membership input! A Special Meeting of the General Membership is being called for this purpose at 6:00pm on Thursday, March 3rd via Zoom (see link below).
The draft bylaws are attached to this post.
Comments and suggestions will be welcomed at the meeting on March 3rd at 6:00pm. If you are unable to attend, but have ideas to share, please email them to service@pikeplacemarketconstituency.org no later than Tuesday, March 8th.
The Bylaws Review Committee will be holding a work session to consider all suggestions on Wednesday, March 9th, at 10:15am at the Pike Place Bar and Grill. The meeting will be accessible by Zoom (see link below).
The format planned for the Special Meeting on March 3rd is a “suggestion box” format: that is, an opportunity for each member to state their opinions, rather than a “debate” format with extensive pro-and-con discussion among members.
A vote on the draft bylaws is anticipated at the regular April 19th General Membership Meeting.
