How to report disturbing noise!

At the April 16, 2024 General Assembly meeting, a Constituency member reported that there has been consistent amplified noise disrupting Market vendors and the Market Information Booth. A Constituency officer who lives near the Market offered the following information and advises to consistently report the issue, to get it resolved:
